Enfair is a Fair Trade enterprise dedicated to working directly with skilled artisans and producers from marginalized communities in India. We ensure our partners receive fair wages, work in safe and ethical conditions, and have opportunities to grow their skills and careers.
Our mission is to build a fairer, more sustainable economy by creating economic opportunities that empower communities and preserve traditional craftsmanship.
Originally run like a non-profit-reinvesting all profits back into our producers-Enfair now collaborates with ethical social enterprises that support rural villagers and charities helping women survivors of sex trafficking to rebuild their lives.
